Essentials for your period 🫶🏽

Having a go-to period kit makes that time of month less draining!!

My essentials are:

✨ Non-toxic tampons: I only use 100% organic cotton! These are very comfortable and also come in biodegradable packaging!

✨Natural pain relief: I carry this adhesive heating pack in my bag! It’s super discreet to wear and really helps. I also keep my menthol roller bag in my bag at all times! I roll it on my stomach and neck.

✨ Raspberry leaf tea: by far my FAVORITE tea to support my cycle. You can drink it at any point of your cycle, but it helps me the most during my period.

✨ Herbs & Supplements: Spirulina is great to add in smoothies to support blood loss and fight fatigue. Hormonious has herbs such as holy basil, maca, and cordyceps to help regulate your cycle (especially if you have PCOS!) L-theanine is amazing for anxiety.

✨ Ginger: Ginger in any form is great for nausea, inflammation, and head pain. These chews are also great for a sweet tooth 😋
