For decades of my life I was ill. I had so many symptoms that I can’t even count them. My major diagnosis were MCAS, hormonal, sensitivities, anxiety, and panic disorder, multiple chemical sensitivity, chronic fatigue, chronic pain and more.

But… When I realized the answer wasn’t outside of myself, I no longer had to fight. I no longer had to search, and I began healing from within

And you can too. 🩷

... Read moreFor many years, I, too, struggled with a complex web of health challenges, ranging from MCAS and hormonal imbalances to chronic fatigue and anxiety. Like many others, I spent countless hours searching for the perfect supplement, diet, or treatment protocol that would magically resolve my symptoms. However, this external chase often left me feeling frustrated and temporarily better at best. The turning point in my healing journey came when I realized that the key was not outside of me but within. I began to explore how my subconscious beliefs and patterns were feeding into my illness cycle. The fear and the persistent thought that something was deeply wrong with me were actually sustaining my symptoms through stress on my nervous system. This insight helped me shift my focus away from chasing external fixes and towards changing the nervous system signals I was sending my body daily. I started practices like mindful breathing, nervous system regulation techniques, and self-compassion exercises that helped rewire my internal response to stress and illness. It’s incredible how much healing can happen when you start seeing yourself not as broken but as someone who needs safety and kindness. Your nervous system, when feeling secure, has a profound ability to support healing. I encourage anyone dealing with chronic illness and anxiety to consider this internal approach—it’s a personal and transformative path. If you’re still searching for answers, remember it’s okay to turn inward and address the emotional and nervous system patterns that contribute to illness. Healing is possible, not because of the perfect diet or supplement, but because of reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom and creating a safe internal environment for recovery. Comment “SAFE” if this resonates with you, and let's support each other on this healing journey.

Fashion / through the decades
2026 fashion is the most BORING era in history. Every other decade had an identity…the 70s had bell bottoms and fringe, the 80s had leather and big hair, the 90s had grunge and ripped denim, the 2000s had low rise and mini skirts…and then 2026 showed up in black leggings and a white tee because
