I started eating better

Last year I was pretty much a slave to fast food. Not only was it breaking my wallet but I also gained 20 pounds within the year! It was the heaviest I’ve ever been. This year I wanted to start off better by teaching myself how to cook my own meals and it’s actually been pretty fun and easy.
