「しまむらで高齢者の服（レディース）を探したい」とき、私がまず見るポイントは“着脱のしやすさ・肌当たり・体型カバー・温度調整のしやすさ”の4つです。トレンド服でも、この条件を満たすと60代・70代の普段着としてすごく使いやすくなります。 1) 着脱のしやすさ：前開き・ZIP・ボタンの位置 秋口は朝夕だけ冷えるので、さっと羽織れて脱げる前開きが便利です。今回のtal.by yumi.新作だと、ZIPデザインのニットブルゾンは開け閉めが簡単で、室内外の温度差調整に向いていました。指先が動かしづらい方には、細かいボタンより“持ち手がつまみやすいファスナー”のほうがラクなことも多いです。 2) 肌当たり：チクチク回避はインナー前提で ニット系は可愛い反面、肌が敏感だとチクチクが気になります。私は「タンクトップや薄手カットソーを挟む前提」で選ぶと失敗が減りました。透かし編みニットトップス＋ホルタータンクのセットは、インナー込みでコーデが完成しやすいのが良いところ。透け感が気になる場合は、同系色のインナーにすると上品にまとまります。 3) 体型カバー：丈感と“ふわっと感”のバランス 高齢者向けのレディース服は、締め付けないのにだらしなく見えないことが大事。裾バルーンジャケットは丸みのあるシルエットで、お腹・腰回りをさりげなくカバーしやすい印象でした。ノーカラーだと首まわりがスッキリ見えるので、タートルやストールとも合わせやすいです。 4) 色選び：顔色が明るく見える色＋汚れが目立ちにくい色 店頭で迷ったら、アイボリー系は顔映りが良く、モカやブラック系は汚れが目立ちにくくて安心。特に羽織りは出番が多いので、まずはベーシックカラーを1枚→慣れたら差し色、の順がおすすめです。 最後に、しまむらは同じアイテムでも在庫が店舗で違うので、発売日（今回は9/3〜、オンラインは17:00〜）にオンラインで型番やカラーを確認してから店舗に行くと探しやすかったです。高齢者の普段着として選ぶなら“軽くて羽織れる・前開き・チクチクしにくい”を合言葉にすると、失敗しにくいと思います。
