検索で多かった「しまむらで夏の3泊4日旅行を着回したい」「低身長でもナチュラルに見える50代向けコーデが知りたい」に合わせて、私がやってよかった着回しの考え方を追記します。 まず3泊4日旅行は、服を増やすより“主役1・羽織1・トップス2・ボトムス2”くらいに絞るとラクでした。tal.by yumi.の前後2WAYカーディガンは、①前ボタンでトップス風、②後ろボタンで雰囲気チェンジ、③冷房対策の羽織り、の3役で本当に便利。写真でも出ていたフリルのカーデは、淡色コーデのアクセントになって、低身長でも上半身に視線が集まりやすいのが良かったです。 3泊4日の具体例（全部しまむら系で組むイメージ） ・1日目：楊柳メロープルオーバー＋ストレートパンツ＋2WAYカーデを肩がけ（移動日でもきれい見え） ・2日目：メロープルオーバー＋スカート＋2WAYカーデを羽織り（観光で温度差がある日） ・3日目：針抜き柄リブのVネックカーデをトップス使い＋パンツ（写真映えしやすい） ・4日目：汚れてもOKな楽ちんボトム＋カーデを前後逆で印象チェンジ（帰宅日） 低身長×50代のナチュラルコーデで意識しているのは、「Iラインを作る」「首・手首・足首のどこかは見せる」「色は3色以内」の3つです。例えばアイボリー（明）×ブラウン（中）×ブラック（締）みたいに濃淡をつけると、ナチュラルでもぼやけにくいです。針抜き柄リブカーデみたいな縦ラインが出るアイテムは、体型カバーしつつスッキリ見えるので相性◎。 持ち物を減らす小ワザとしては、トップスは汗をかくので2枚にして、羽織（前後2WAYカーディガン）で印象を変える方法が一番効きました。バッグや靴の色を揃えておくと、コーデを悩む時間も減って旅行がさらに快適になります。
