骨スト×低身長だと、バルーン袖やバルーンシルエットって可愛い反面「上半身が大きく見えそう」「肩が目立つかも」と不安になりますよね。私もまさにそれで、バルーントップスはずっと敬遠してました。でも実際に着てみて感じたのは、“選び方”と“合わせ方”さえ押さえれば、骨格ストレートでも意外といける！ということ。 まず、骨ストがバルーンスリーブ（バルーン袖）を選ぶときのポイントは、膨らむ位置。二の腕のいちばん太く見える位置でボリュームが出ると、上半身が横に広がって見えやすいです。おすすめは、袖のボリュームが「肘より下」や「手首に向かって」出るタイプ。肩〜上腕はすっきり、先にふわっとするものだと、骨ストの強み（上半身の立体感）を活かしつつ甘さも足せます。 次に「骨スト トップス 丈」問題。低身長さんは特に、トップスが長いと重心が下がって見えやすいので、丈は超重要です。私がしっくりきたのは、短め丈ニットやショート丈の羽織を上に重ねて“ウエスト位置を上げる”方法。インしなくても脚長に見えやすく、バルーンの膨らみもコンパクトにまとまります。 ボトムは、迷ったらIライン寄せが安定。バルーントップスにボリュームがある日は、下はストンと落ちる黒パンツやセンターシームのセミフレアが使いやすいです。特に黒は引き締め力が強く、低身長 骨スト コーデの「甘いのに着太りしない」を叶えやすい。逆にバルーンスカートやフレアスカートを合わせたい日は、トップス側のボリュームを減らして、ウエストマークをしっかり作るのがコツです。 小物も意外と効きます。ロングネックレスや縦長のバッグで“縦の線”を足すと、バルーンの横広がりが中和されます。靴は、黒のブーツやフラットでもつま先がすっきりした形を選ぶと、全身が引き締まって見えました。 最後に、購入前にチェックしたいのは「背中のもたつき」。横から見たときに背中側がすっきり落ちるデザインだと、骨ストでも着やすいです。バルーン＝盛る、ではなく“どこを盛ってどこを削るか”を意識すると、145cmでもバランスよく着られるので、同じ悩みの方はぜひ試してみてください。
