From personal experience, embracing the belief that God’s plan is trustworthy helps reduce anxiety when facing challenging relationships or life decisions. Instead of obsessing over why things happen or trying to control outcomes, surrendering to faith enables a peaceful mindset. This shift doesn't mean ignoring practical caution but rather balancing it with spiritual confidence. Many find that prayer and reflection strengthen their ability to trust beyond surface-level interactions. Trusting God doesn't remove hardships but provides strength and clarity during those moments. For example, when trust in people has been broken, prayer can foster healing and the courage to rebuild relationships. Ultimately, while trusting others can be challenging, trust rooted in faith offers a stable foundation.
