I tried to have "courage to rest" rather than trying my best

Making lunch, washing, sending children out from the morning.

Before I knew it, it was only 9 AM, but I felt like I had used up enough energy for another day.

"I have to do my best today"

Thinking so became a housewife's "habit."

But one day, my body stopped moving.

My head was heavy, I didn't want to do anything, and tears came out.

"Rest" is not about skipping.
