Measurements of Ingredients:

* 1 cup salted butter (at room temperature)

* 1 cup white sugar

* 2/3 cup light brown sugar

* 2 large eggs

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 3-¼ cups all purpose flour

* ¾ cup hot chocolate mix

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 1 cup chocolate chips

* 1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Detailed Steps:

1. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until smooth.

2. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.

3. Whisk flour, hot chocolate mix, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a separate bowl.

4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until thick dough forms.

5. Stir in chocolate chips, and marshmallows. (Optional: chill 30 minutes for thicker cookies.)

6. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

7. Scoop 1½ tablespoon-sized dough balls onto sheets, covering marshmallows mostly with dough.

8. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
