We all dread that time of the month (I know I do🙄). But let me show you the products I use to get through the week along with some tips! 🥰

Period Tips:

🌻Make sure you are changing your pad and/or tampon every 4 hours (or earlier depending on your flow). Constantly changing these will not only keep you smelling fresh but also prevent bacteria buildup causing extra problems.

🌻Use wipes instead of tissue. Personally, using wipes make me feel fresher than using regular tissue, I feel like it actually cleans and keeps me fresh.

🌻If you need a nap GO TAKE ONE! Oh my personal favorite because when it comes to a nap baby imma take one LOL.

🌻Get you a GOOD unscented soap to keep you fresh

🌻Make sure your products match your flow. Your flow will vary day to day even hour to hour make sure you are OVERLY prepared.

Example: On my lighter days or towards the end of my period I can switch from a regular tampon to a light tampon.
