our favorite educational kids books

these are some of our current favorite educational kids books!

the bedtime book of dinosaurs and other prehistoric life:

this is my sons favorite! he loves dinosaurs and thinks it’s so fun to see all the pictures of them and learn their names. he’s only 3, so some of the information in the book is too advanced for him. but he still loves it and as he grows he will be able to get even more out of it!

a is for apple:

this one has helped us practice our letters and helped us with some sight words! you can trace all the letters with your finger and it shows you which lines to trace in what order to help with proper writing skills.

123 count with me:

this book is on sale right now (as of 3/13/24!) for such a good price on amazon. it is traceable just like the a is for apple book and even has some basic math questions in the back. this is great for introducing numbers/counting as well as building on basic math skills.

the big book of blooms:

the illustrations in this book totally drew me in and i really want to get the other books in the series! there’s so much information about different plants, how plants grow, etc. it’s one of those books that you can easily adapt to different ages. this would be great in a homeschool science class!
