Review Yourself in 40 (Lots of Descent Lessons)

At this age, I can say I'm not playing around. A lot of lessons, but if May makes an emphatic conclusion that I want to tell everyone, follow this.

1. The iron rule "forbid" is absolute! (Mind must always be young)

The first thing that May will never exchange is brilliance. May learns that age is only a number. We have to maintain some childish habits. Doubt, courage, try wrong, playfulness. These things make our world wider. May will always be a child because fun energy will attract good things into life.

2. Learn from losing the "dearest man."

The great loss taught May that nothing is sustainable. This lesson is very expensive, but it gives May a tighter "hug the present," love the person who should love when there is a chance, and do not waste time on the debilitating little things, because we do not know if tomorrow will wake up to the person we love again.

3. Toxic friends...Better not waste

May removes a lot of people from life at this age because he has learned that having a lot of friends is "toxic" or impairs our energy. It's fucking mental health. Having only one real friend who can talk about anything or even being alone peacefully is better than sitting among people who are toxic.

4. Love "If there is, then it is not good. Single, let the world remember."

Through so many men that I can see clearly. May said that if love is already there, it does not make our lives better or be with and more tired. May chooses "single" gracefully. We do not block love, but we set the standard high enough not to diminish it for anyone who destroys our happiness. If not bang, do not promote each other, May would like to be beautiful alone!

💡 What May wants to leave:

"Life in our 40s is a time when we have to love ourselves as much as possible, choose the best for ourselves, and dare to throw away what is not...And you will find true happiness. "
