🌟Internship life at LINEMAN Wongnai💚

We went to practice in the third year, going up to the fourth year, because we really wanted to find an internship, because we just wanted to know "how much we can do in real work." During the semester, we applied for LINE MAN Wongnai many times, there were some passes, not some passes, so secretly discouraged.

But finally, we got the opportunity to become a Marketing Communication (B2B team).

💻 First step.

The IT team sent the MacBook very quickly. It was a small thing, but it made me feel that "here he really values us." On the first day, there will be an Orientation. Hearing good ideas from the CEO of the company is a great opportunity.

🧑‍💻 Work & vibe

There are not only jobs, but environments that make us want to come to the office often.

- Wear anything (polite request)

- The office has LINE characters.

- Very beautiful view of central Bangkok.

- A lot of welfare, such as milk, water, candy, ice cream, massage chair.

- There's always a fun workshop.

- Friday with snacks / drinks (sometimes with milk bubbles)

- Some days have food + free vouchers.

- There are festive events, such as Halloween. 🎃

The important thing is that there is an allowance 🥹 and a hybrid to the office for only 3 days (depending on the team). The WFH still gets the same allowance.

We practice at the beginning of the semester, so we can study with us, intern with us, and manage our time quite freely, and it makes us feel like we are "really grown up." 💚

But getting to know yourself better, trying, missing out, growing up, and finding a really cute team.

✨ Final: I want to tell everyone who is looking for a direction, "Sometimes the opportunity does not come to us once, but we must be the one who does not stop trying." If we do not reapply today, we will not try here and will be very sad. 💚 Just think that try to try, try to start, try to the end first, and what will be the result? เผื่อใครกำลังเล็ง “LINEMAN Wongnai internship / career” แล้วอยากรู้รายละเอียดที่คนมักถามกัน (เราเองก็เคยหาข้อมูลหนักมากก่อนสมัคร) ขอเสริมเป็นเช็กลิสต์แบบอ่านแล้วเอาไปใช้ได้จริงนะคะ 1) สมัครฝึกงาน LINE MAN Wongnai ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้าง - เรซูเม่ 1 หน้า: เน้นโปรเจกต์/ผลงานที่เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง เช่น การทำคอนเทนต์ แคมเปญ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น หรือประสบการณ์ทำงานกลุ่ม - พอร์ต (ถ้ามี): สำหรับสาย Marcom/Marketing แนะนำรวมตัวอย่างโพสต์ แคปชั่น KOL brief, Key visual ที่เคยทำ หรือแผนคอนเทนต์แบบสั้นๆ - เล่า “สิ่งที่อยากเรียนรู้”: ที่นี่ชอบคนที่รู้ว่าอยากพัฒนาอะไร ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก่งทุกอย่างแต่ต้องชัดเจนและพร้อมลอง 2) ตำแหน่ง Marketing Communication (B2B) ทำอะไรบ้าง (ภาพรวม) จากที่เราเจอ งานจะวนๆ อยู่กับการสื่อสารให้พาร์ตเนอร์/ร้านค้าเข้าใจโปรดักต์ แคมเปญ หรือสิทธิประโยชน์ เช่น - ช่วยทำสื่อสื่อสาร (ข้อความ/อีเมล/เด็คสั้นๆ) - ประสานงานกับทีมอื่นเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลให้ครบก่อนปล่อยสื่อ - เช็กความถูกต้องของข้อความ ชื่อแคมเปญ เงื่อนไข และไทม์ไลน์ ทริกของเราคือทำ “ไฟล์สรุปกลาง” ไว้เลยว่าแคมเปญนี้ ใครรับผิดชอบอะไร เดดไลน์เมื่อไหร่ ลดงานหล่นได้เยอะมาก 3) บรรยากาศการทำงาน + Hybrid ควรบริหารเวลาแบบไหน ถ้าเป็น hybrid เข้าออฟฟิศประมาณ 3 วัน/สัปดาห์ (แล้วแต่ทีม) แนะนำแบ่งงานเป็น 2 แบบ - วันที่เข้าออฟฟิศ: นัดคุย/รีวิวงาน/ขอฟีดแบ็ก เพราะคุยเร็ว เคลียร์ไว - วันที่ WFH: ทำงานที่ต้องโฟกัส เช่น เรียบเรียงเด็ค ปรับข้อความ ทำรีเสิร์ช ส่วนตัวเราชอบจด “สิ่งที่ต้องถาม” ไว้ล่วงหน้า พอเข้าออฟฟิศจะถามรวดเดียว ไม่เสียจังหวะงาน 4) สวัสดิการ/สิ่งแวดล้อมที่ช่วยให้ทำงานสนุกขึ้น ออฟฟิศมีคาแรกเตอร์ LINE เยอะมาก เดินแล้วรู้สึกมีพลังขึ้นจริงๆ แถมมีของกินของดื่ม ขนม ไอศครีม เก้าอี้นวด แล้วก็เวิร์คช็อปสนุกๆ (เราเคยเห็นมีเวิร์คช็อปเครื่องดื่มอย่างมัทฉะด้วย) บางวันมีอาหารหรือ voucher แจก และช่วงเทศกาลอย่าง Halloween ก็แต่งออฟฟิศจัดเต็ม ทำให้บรรยากาศไม่ตึงเกิน 5) คำถามยอดฮิต: เบี้ยเลี้ยงเป็นยังไง / ได้อุปกรณ์ไหม ประสบการณ์เราได้อุปกรณ์ทำงาน (MacBook) ค่อนข้างไวมาก ทำให้เริ่มงานได้ลื่น และที่ชอบคือวัน WFH ก็ยังได้เบี้ยเลี้ยงเหมือนเดิม ช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายนักศึกษาได้เยอะ 6) ถ้าสนใจ LINEMAN internship 2026 ควรเริ่มเมื่อไหร่ แนะนำเริ่มเตรียมพอร์ตตั้งแต่ตอนนี้เลย โดยเลือกทำโปรเจกต์เล็กๆ 1–2 ชิ้นที่ “วัดผลได้” เช่น ทำคอนเทนต์แล้วดู engagement, ทำแผนสื่อสารแคมเปญจำลอง แล้วสรุปเป็น 1 หน้าให้ดูง่าย เวลาเรียกสัมภาษณ์จะเล่าได้มั่นใจมากขึ้น สุดท้าย ถ้าใครอยากสมัครแต่ยังลังเล เราอยากย้ำเหมือนเดิมว่า การสมัครหลายรอบไม่ได้น่าอายเลย บางทีแค่รอบนั้นยังไม่ตรงจังหวะ/ทีมยังไม่เปิด พอลองใหม่มันอาจพอดีก็ได้ ถ้ามีคำถามเรื่องการเตรียมตัวหรือสายงาน Marcom (B2B) คอมเมนต์ถามได้เลยนะคะ
