Read/Listened to a lot of good books in 2024!
These are some highlights of some of my favorite books from 2024!!
📕 The Duchess Takes a Husband: this is a part of a series that I began a couple years ago and it is very bridgerton-esque
📕Tom Lake: I enjoyed listening to this book on audio that included the retelling of a women’s story to her family during a time of uncertainty
📕Winter Street: this was a fun winter/Christmas book that is a part of a larger series. I love anything by Elin Hilderbrand!
📕Mistakes We Never Made: this is a fun, easy book that was pretty enjoyable. It was a little predictable at the end
📕The Return of Ellie Black: this was maybe the best audiobook I’ve ever listened. This is a very dark, sad book but it is very well written. The author did a great job changing persons clearly.
📕The Tattooist of Auschwitz: I think this was my favorite physical book this year! This is fast-paced sad book that is based on a true story of concentration camp survivors
📕Book Lovers: This was a pretty predictable book, but still light and easy to read. It was an easy audiobook to listen to.
📕Surviving Savannah: This is a beautiful story about the timeless human experience of tragedy. It included accounts of unfortunate circumstances that occurred both centuries ago and in the modern world
📕The Baxters: I am currently listening to this series on audiobook and it’s also a tv series on Amazon! I like it so far a lot and am on book 4!
