Sharing music therapy experiences. Think that helps?

Hi. We're back.

Back with a symptom that many people may be experiencing is insomnia. 😱

But we've discovered something that we think helped us, that thing is "music therapy."

Music therapy is the use of music or music to relax the body and mind. 🌿

🎵 Advantages of music therapy 🎵

1️⃣ Relax, stress and anxiety. 🌿

2️⃣ Refreshing or calming the mood. ☀️

3️⃣ boosts concentration, reduces distraction, 🧘‍♀️

4️⃣ Relieve insomnia 🌙

5️⃣ Stimulate creativity. 💡

6️⃣. Help connect with your feelings. 💛

From what we studied, music therapy directly affects a chemical in the brain called the stress hormone.

That the body ejaculates in response to stress or pressure. 🧠💥

The effects of music therapy on stress hormones, which music therapy will result in.

1. Reduce Cortisol (Cortisol)

2. Stimulate the substance of happiness (Dopamine & Serotonin). Music improves the secretion of dopamine and serotonin, making it feel relaxed, happy.

3. Reduce blood pressure and heart rate. When stress hormones decrease, the body relaxes. Heart rate slows down. Blood pressure drops.

4.Help balance the Autonomic Nervous System, reduce the body's "fight or run" response, calm the body.

The precaution is

If the music is turned on too loudly, it may disturb the focus instead of helping.

Some genres of music (such as EDM, fast tempo) can be so stimulating that they make focus difficult.

Each person responds differently → should try multiple genres (piano, ambient, lo-fi, nature sound) and then choose one that best matches itself.

In a nutshell, 👉 YouTube concentration songs actually help us relax, reduce stress, and increase concentration.

It's about choosing the genre and how to use it. ✨

Anyone who tried it worked or didn't work, let's share it.
