✨ Content Planning Tips for YouTube ✨
Are you struggling to stay consistent with YouTube? Here’s how I plan my content to stay organized and inspired:
1. Brainstorm Ideas Regularly 📝
• Dedicate time each week to brainstorm video ideas based on trends, seasons, and what my audience loves.
Tip: Use Pinterest or TikTok for inspo, and think about what you would click on!
2. Keep a Content Calendar 📆
• Plan out videos a month in advance so you know what’s coming up.
• Google Calendar, Notion, or even a cute physical planner work perfectly.
3. Batch Filming is Key 🎥
• Filming multiple videos in one day saves so much time. It’s perfect for when you’re in the zone!
• Tip: Prep your outfits and locations the night before for a smooth filming day
4. Track Your Analytics 📊
• I check my YouTube analytics to see what’s performing well and adapt my content accordingly.
• Focus on what your audience engages with most to keep growing!
5. Find a Workflow That Works for YOU 🌟
• My process looks like this: Brainstorm > Plan Outline > Film > Edit > Upload. Breaking it into steps makes it less overwhelming.
6. Don’t Forget to Repurpose Content 📲
• I take snippets from my YouTube videos to create TikToks and YouTube Shorts. More content = more reach!
7. Stay Inspired and Consistent 💪
• It’s okay to take breaks when needed, but staying consistent (even posting once a week!) builds trust with your audience.
