Dare you to accept this fun challenge!
Last week I took my daughter to an appointment and this hill near where we parked just happened to capture her attention. It reminded me that a few weekends ago my son spent 20 minutes running up and down a hill over and over again. So I googled why do kids like running down hills...yes I googled this just for fun and this is what I found...
Because it feels like flying — but with giggles and grass stains 😄
There’s this mix of freedom, speed, and a tiny bit of chaos that kids love. They’re not thinking about balance or falling; they’re just chasing the feeling of the wind and gravity teaming up. It’s pure joy in motion.
This explanation made me want to go run down some hills...Lol
So, here's my challenge to you this weekend and even the rest of the week. Find a hill and run down it full force with no inhibitions and no worries in the world (be careful though...as adults we're not always as flexible and resilient as kiddos & I don't want anyone hurting themselves)
