Starting Digital Marketing? This Might Help!

If I could hop in a time machine and give beginner me some tough love, these would be the first 3 things I’d say:

1. Spending hours making your post look “perfect” in Canva doesn’t guarantee it’ll perform. You can have the prettiest feed in the world, but if there’s no clear message or call to action, your audience won’t do anything with it. Your content should connect, not just look cute. That’s just a bonus lol.

2. You don’t have to be good at everything. When I first started, I thought I needed to master design, copywriting, SEO, email marketing, ads, and more in order to be successful. That’s just not the case. Focus on the part that lights you up, get really good at that, and build your skillset over time. There is zero shame in being a beginner.

3. Marketing is like 90% psychology. You don’t need to chase every trend or use fancy buzzwords. You do however need to understand what your audience cares about, what they struggle with, and how you can help. Once you start writing and creating with them in mind, you’ll see results.
