HELP WITH ACNE!!

Maybe not the best pictures butttt I’ve been struggling for about 6 months or more with my acne. For years and years my face was fine. My chest has been breaking out but more in just like bumps than pimples. My neck has started breaking out which is something I’ve never dealt with. Some of my breakouts are itchy and a little painful but others not. I know this looks like hormonal acne but idk what to do anymore because nothing seems to be helping. Here is my routine that my dermatologist has me on in order.

Spironolactone 50mg once daily (will be moving up to 100mg)

Morning

- Cerave foaming facial cleanser

- Benzoyl peroxide wash every other morning

- Clyndamycin gel

- Cerave lotion

Night

- Cerave foaming facial cleanser

- Tretinoin (on days I don’t use benzoyl peroxide)

- Cerave lotion

I have been using all of these for almost a year. The tretinoin dries my face out and makes it flaky so I did stop using it for awhile. I’m just at a loss.
