How can I fix it?

I tend to stay up until 6am and wake up around 3pm or 4pm. I find myself a new job, it doesn't start up until this summer, so while it's actually been kind of refreshing, I need to get my sleep patterns back under control. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Stop using your phone before you go to sleep, try to not eat sugar or caffeine either, take a nice bath or shower and be consistent with your bed time hour, after a week or two your body will get used to it and you’ll have a better sleep.
