When you're looking for the best jeans for bloating and comfort, you need denim with a good amount of stretch. Look for blends with elastane, spandex, or Lycra. This isn't just about fitting into them; it's about comfort throughout the day. High-quality stretch denim will move with you, retain its shape, and prevent that uncomfortable digging feeling in your waist when you're feeling a bit puffy. Next, consider the waistband design.
