Losing weight is NOT hard it’s all about portion control, and eating foods that will give you fuel. Get rid of the fake sugars and processed foods.

Eat REAL food.

AND take your vitamins! Take what you need don’t just take vitamins just to take them. For me, I need a probiotic daily but I take iron when needed as well.

Meal examples: [Do not go over 1-2 servings to keep calories at or under 400 calories]

Eggs, ground sausage, spinach, cheese

Yogurt, fruit, cashews

Ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese

Lettuce burger

Chicken strips (grilled), broccoli, spinach

Pineapple is actually good for weight loss. The water in it helps with hydration, and is needed for certain bodily functions. It's high in fiber, low in calories, contains manganese and bromelain. Manganese helps with metabolism and bone health. Bromelain is good for digestion and that helps absorb nutrients better.
