Cardio stimulates blood circulation and makes it easier for the heart to function. The harder your heart have to work the easier it is to have high blood pressure and diabetes and certain cancers

FAT BURN

Cardio is known to burn calories which is very true but it also burns visceral fat which is the fat in your abdomen. Cardio burns the carbs in your body when you’re tired and you need more energy. Overall cardio is great for weight loss

STAMINA

You need to be able to last in any environment that you or life puts you in or you will be defeated. Endurance is the game. So doing cardio will help you go through the toughest to most fulfilling activities that you do.
