For all my gym athletes ready to attack more gains PAY ATTENTION

You get better performance when your tendons and joints are better prepared for physical intensity you are putting your muscles under.

This is because now your allowing your brain to adapt to stabilization in the toughest ranges of any exercise therefore producing more efficient results without putting your body in as much stress

Personally I do mine afterwards but that because I know I will. I just do a solid 10 minute warmup first, making sure I promote blood flow through the muscles I'm working that day
