Pleaaase try this! I’m obsessed.
Cheesecake Bowl
1/4 c low fat cream cheese
3/4 c vanilla greek yogurt
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 scoop vanilla protein (I like @Clean Simple Eats - MEAGAN10 to save)
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tsp skinny syrup vanilla (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp butter extract
1/2 graham cracker sheet (2 crackers)
Sugar free reddi whip
Microwave the cream cheese for 10 seconds til softened and stir. Then add greek yogurt, lime juice, protein powder, pudding mix, and extracts. Mix throughly (stir a few mins to get out clumps - or use an immersion blender) then overnight in the fridge. I think freezing would be great too! Then it’d be more solid. Sprinkle graham crackers and reddi whip on top. ENJOY!

If you're looking for a quick and satisfying dessert that's both healthy and high in protein, this cheesecake bowl is an incredible option to try. What I love most about this recipe is how versatile it is—you can easily adjust the sweetness or tanginess by playing with the amount of lime juice or sugar-free pudding mix used. Adding vanilla protein powder boosts the protein content, making it a great post-workout treat or a way to curb afternoon hunger without the guilt. In my experience, stirring the mixture thoroughly or using an immersion blender helps achieve that smooth, creamy texture that makes every spoonful feel indulgent. You can also experiment with different flavors of protein powders or extracts to personalize the taste—think almond, coconut, or even coffee extracts for a unique twist. Chilling the mixture overnight allows the flavors to meld beautifully, but if you prefer a firmer consistency, freezing it for a short time transforms it into a more solid, ice-cream-like dessert. Topping it with crushed graham crackers gives a delightful crunch reminiscent of classic cheesecake crust, while sugar-free whipped toppings add a light and airy finish without excess calories. I highly recommend using low-fat or non-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt to maintain the dessert’s creamy texture while keeping it healthy and protein-packed. Plus, ingredients like skinny syrup and pudding mix provide flavor without added sugars, helping keep the dessert in line with clean eating goals. Overall, this cheesecake bowl is perfect for anyone seeking a simple, no-bake, high-protein dessert that's delicious and fits well into a balanced diet. Give it a try and customize it according to your taste to make it your own signature healthy treat!
