Chicken pozole!

Yesterday my coworker brought in chicken pozole. She’s from Mexico and wanted to share a dish that was importance to her growing up. I’ve never eaten this before. I really enjoyed this delicious soup and learning about her culture and heritage.

What are some foods that make you feel happy and cozy when you eat them? What foods remind you of growing up and being happy? For me it works probably be beef stew with sweet potatoes and a generous amount of red wine added.
