1. Rest & Regroup. My guess is, especially if you’re changing your lifestyle, there’s a chance you went a little too hard in the paint right away. Don’t quit just a break. Take a day to rest, regroup. Going too hard in the beginning will wear you out and you’ll end up miserable and even resent

It is now day 3, has anyone been unsuccessful with their resolutions? Personally I have. I set the goal to sleep less, and then immediately took and afternoon nap.
