One practice that often goes overlooked today is the use of copper for health purposes, which historically included wearing copper-soled shoes to help ground the body. This grounding, or 'earthing,' is believed to stabilize energy and promote healing by connecting us physically and energetically to the Earth. Adding to this, I’ve experimented with sound frequencies like the 174 Hz tone that is said to offer a feeling of safety and alleviate physical pain and tension. Using such frequencies during meditation or quiet moments outdoors can deepen relaxation and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Integrating these neglected yet powerful self-directed wellness tools—copper grounding and healing frequencies—into my routine has complemented my time spent in nature, leading to noticeable improvements in how I manage stress and physical discomfort. For anyone seeking a more holistic and intuitive approach to their health, revisiting these ancient techniques could offer new paths to feeling grounded, stable, and revitalized in everyday life.
