Once upon a time in the crazy world of work, I found more than just a job - I found love. And not just any love, but the kind that starts with a quirky, weird proposal.
🎆Picture this: my now-husband, who also happened to be my manager, swept me off my feet with a proposal that was more spontaneous than a summer storm. After a only two weeks of dating, he looked at me with a crazy glint in his eye and said, "Wanna do something crazy? Let's get married!" 😱😱😱
🤭Well, being the adventurous soul that I am, I couldn't resist the wacky charm of his proposal, so I said yes faster than you can say "happily ever after."😂
Our short romance led us to the courthouse the following Tuesday, where I wore a dress originally meant for another occasion and a tiara straight from the aisles of Walmart. (See second pic)
Our love story didn't stop there, though. Six months later, we celebrated with a grand church wedding, (Third pic) where we spared no expense in making it a day to remember. 💍
Fast forward to the pitter-patter of little feet - first with our darling baby girl arriving two years later, then another bundle of joy three years after that. ❤️
And as if our love story couldn't get any more magical, we're now eagerly awaiting the arrival of our third little one at the end of this year. (CRAAAAZZZYYYYY) 🤰🏾
Along the way, we've also had two angel babies watching over us, reminding us that love knows no bounds, not even in the face of loss. 💔
With only seven years of knowing each other, some might say we got married at first sight, but our love has only grown stronger with each passing day.
Despite our 11-year age gap, we've learned that love surpasses all boundaries and flourishes in the most unexpected places. I wouldn't trade being his wife and the mother of his daughters for anything in the world.
