Gut HEALTHY Juice Recipes

Finding new ways to help my mom reset her gut. My mom suffers from bowel obstructions that have increased in occurrence after menopause. The obstruction exist due to a c-section she had during the birth of my brother 20+ years ago. But due to her intestines not being place back correctly and the growth of scar tissue, she now has to watch her fiber intake.

Juicing is a great way for her to get nutrients needed in a healthy diet while reducing how much fiber she takes in.
