My Quick & Easy Bedtime Routine as a Tired Mom 🌙✨
Nobody talks enough about how hard it is to pour back into yourself after pouring into everybody else all day.
By the end of the night, I be EXHAUSTED… mentally, emotionally, physically. But I’ve been learning that self care doesn’t always have to be this long luxury routine.
Sometimes it’s just:
• washing the day off your face
• moisturizing your skin
• putting on deodorant that actually lasts 😭
• throwing on a blemish patch and calling it a night
Simple. Realistic. Sustainable.
As a mom, I had to stop waiting for the “perfect” self care moment and start creating small moments instead. Because burnout is real, and neglecting yourself eventually catches up to you.
This little routine helps me feel human again before I go to sleep. 🤍
