Chicken Alfredo tortellini soup

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 package cheese tortellini

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, sliced

2 cups spinach

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, and carrots until tender.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmer until thickened.

Add shredded chicken and tortellini, cook until tortellini is tender.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
