#pickled garlic

Pickled Garlic

Ingredients

• 8 oz garlic cloves (peeled)

• 1 cup white vinegar

• 1 cup water

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 2 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Peel garlic cloves and place them in a sterilized jar.

2. In a pot, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt.

3. Heat until dissolved, then pour the hot brine over the garlic.

4. Tap the jar to remove air bubbles and seal tightly.

5. Refrigerate for 2–3 days before using for best flavor.

6. Keeps for up to 2 months refrigerated.
