🤍 My Story: At 51…. Understanding grief isn’t just when someone dies. We grieve loss of love, friendships, health, livelihood….
🤍 How I Felt/Feel: Sad, mad, scared, disappointed & heartbroken.
🤍 My Takeaways: *We all have our own agency. Outside of the Lord’s transition 🙏🏽of a loved one, the rest is out of our control. * I have to stop 🛑worrying about people judging me for my true feelings. I have to stop 🛑watering them down to make other’s comfortable. *Holding them in is dangerous; heartbreak 💔not only affects the mind but the body and heartache can be a true killer 🕊️ (witnessed).
🖤 I’ve got to be okay with being out of F*cks to give. I feel an extra one creeping up from time to time. 50 was more than enough.
🖤 It took a little longer with the last 💔 to realize he really was a narcissist, and he really was gaslighting me. He just didn’t understand the definition of the two. I made the right decision…but I still grieve…
