SLOPPY JOE TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Recipe:

1 lb ground beef

3/4 cup ketchup

1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp mustard

Garlic

Seasoning of your choice ( I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Tony’s)

32 oz bag of Tater tots

2 cups cheddar cheese

Seasoning salt

* brown ground beef in a pan, once browned drain the grease and add your ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, seasonings, chicken broth, and garlic, stir until combined. Once combined simmer on medium to low heat until mixture thickens a bit. Once at the thickness you want transfer to a casserole dish. Layer the meat on the bottom, then a layer of cheddar cheese. Arrange frozen tater tots on top of your cheese layer. I added seasoning salt to my tots to add a bit more flavor. Then top your tater tots with the remaining cheese. Cook on 375 for 30-35 mins until golden brown.
