Music as medicine💊/ Feel Good Music

Okay so I have this concept called Feel Good Music. Feel Good Music is whatever song that you play that has the power to motivate, inspire, energize, calm, or satisfy you. There’s nothing like blasting feel good music after a long, bad, or even rewarding day. Feel good music is whatever you want it to be but it’s essentially those songs that give your mind or body some form of satisfaction. Now of course not everyone will have the same Feel Good Music. Why this song or these songs make you feel good is nobody’s business as long as it’s helping you then the purpose is served!

I made this post to encourage people to create their own FGM playlist that may help you in times of doubt, stress, or uncertainty. I’ve shared some of my FGM in the screenshot above. Pls don’t be shy & comment your go to FGM. As someone who can appreciate all kinds of music I’d love to hear what songs make you happy down below. This is a no judgement zone!💗
