What I learned after 6 months on Etsy

Month 1 to 5 on Etsy: nothing. Not even a view on most days. I genuinely thought I was doing everything wrong.

Month 6: I made my first sale. And I screamed. My son stared at me.

What changed: I stopped trying to be creative and started being searchable. I looked at what people were already buying and made a version of that. I fixed my titles and tags. I added more listings.

The gap between "starting Etsy" and "making money on Etsy" is mostly patience and keyword research. Not talent.

Pro Tip for More Sales on Etsy
The biggest mistakes new sellers make is adding 10 listings and then stopping! Don't! Keep adding new products to your shop for at least 3 months. I would aim for at least 5 new listings a week. Comment FIRST CLASS if you want some done for you products that will help you grow your shop.
