I was listening to Jhené Aiko

I wrote this poem about yearning. I recently just had an encounter with someone that was unexpected. The feeling of being swayed is so derailing sometimes. Like your mind and your flesh are not one and sometimes is taking over. Flirting is nice but a fleeting feeling.

This is not the full poem, but I just wrote about a situationship I was in and I didn’t know we weren’t compatible till he would do or say things that I didn’t catch till my friend talked sense into me.
