Salmon New Orleans with a crawfish tail sauce (couldnt find no langostino lobster),mashed garlic potatoes, cheesy broccoli and sweet tea... now usually I stay up on keeping the kitchen tidy as I go but this one seemed like everything came up at once, definitely didnt pace 🤣 Are you a clean as you go or clean all at once? lil bit of both?

The recipe was just me eyeballing all the ingredients that a Google recipe provided but it turned out great!
