2. Make the Bed (First Mission of the Day) 🛏️

It takes less than a minute to collect the mattress, but it is the "First Victory Celebration" of the day. It signals the brain, "We can control our lives," and it sends us to want to complete our mission.

3.Brain Dump (drain what freezes in the head) ✍️

Write a To-do list or a list of concerns on a piece of paper, and when it leaves the head on the paper, the brain is free and there is space for creativity to work at full capacity, so Productivity is great!

4. Move for 5 Mins (Body Awakening) 🏃‍♀️

You don't have to go to the gym for an hour, just stretch or squat for five minutes, pump blood, oxygen to your brain, and make sure you're better awake than any coffee.

5.Positive Affirmation (Speak well to yourself) 💖

Look in the mirror and tell yourself, "Today will be a good day" or "I'm good enough to handle everything." It sounds shy, but psychology says it really helps to build confidence!
