As women we take on far to much!

Take time to take care of yourself, you deserve it!

2/26 Edited to

... Read moreIn my experience, as women, we often find ourselves juggling numerous responsibilities — from work and family to friends and personal ambitions — all at once. It feels like we have to hold space not only for others’ needs but also for our own internal struggles. However, I’ve learned that taking time for myself is not selfish; it’s essential for maintaining our mental and emotional health. One of the most effective ways I unwind is similar to what many call "walking it off." Simply stepping outside, moving through nature, or just breathing in fresh air helps me reset. There’s something about connecting with the quietness around me that softens the mental knots I carry. Watching a dog sniff the wind, as mentioned in the text, reminds me that living moment to moment without the pressure to fix or be endlessly wise is okay. It’s enough to just be present and keep moving forward. Another insight I’ve embraced is that I don’t always need to have the answers or solve every problem immediately. Sometimes, giving myself permission to pause, to acknowledge that it’s enough to endure—and keep going—is the real work. Through this, I’ve learned to be gentler with myself and recognize that rest and self-compassion are crucial ingredients in the journey toward balance. For women who constantly put others first, remember that self-care is a powerful act of reclaiming your energy. It doesn’t require grand gestures; it might be a few quiet moments, a walk, or simply breathing deeply. These small acts can untangle the stress and help you reconnect with your inner strength. Ultimately, by honoring yourself, you gain the resilience to continue supporting those around you without losing your own peace.

bullet/ junk journal ideas 💡 I read somewhere to just make a journal and fill it with everything and anything you can think of. Sometimes I just write a journal entry, other times I'm just doodling, most times I'm adding stickers. Don't think about it too much, just make it yours.

First Women’s Ministry Bible Study | 🌸
Notes: Why do we spend so much time worrying about tomorrow? God reminds us in Matthew 6:19-34 not to stress over what we’ll eat, drink, or wear because He already knows our needs. Instead, we’re called to plant seeds of faith today and trust Him to provide the harvest in His perfect timing. ✨
