We made our first soup of the season. We’ve been having chilly mornings and evenings and it issss September but it’s 80 degrees during the day. This was a 10/10 with meatballs, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and tiny pasta. We topped it with freshly grated Parmesan reggiano cheese.
