A quiet fast-growing tumor in the breast.
Phyllodes Tumor is a breast tumor that has a special characteristic that is different from normal tumors. The word "Phyllodes" comes from the Greek word "leaf-like," which is what doctors see under a microscope.
Although the name is not very familiar, what you should notice is its behavior.
🧐 Characteristics that require special observation.
• Large nodules: This is where this tumor is important, possibly growing to 5-10 centimeters in just {2-3} months.
• Hard but not painful lumps: Most often, palpation finds a hard lump in the breast without pain, causing many people may not rush to check.
• Skin changes: If left unhealed, a rapidly larger size will make the breast skin look strained, stretched, or ulcerated.
3️⃣. Level of violence and grouping.
Phillodes tumor is divided into 3 levels according to cellular characteristics:
1. Not serious (Benign):
• ✅ is the most common type.
• ✅ least likely to return
2. Borderline: 👉 (ours is level 2)
• ⚠️ Centered conditions require special surveillance (mild cancer)
• The tumor may be about 5 cm.
At first, about 3 cm within just 2 months
3. Fatal (Malignant):
• 🔴 high chance of recurrence
• 🔴 may be spread to other parts of the body.

The main treatment for phyllodes tumor is surgery to remove the tumor.
• Purpose: The doctor will remove the tumor and remove at least 1-2 centimeters of surrounding tissue to reduce the chance of the tumor recurring.
• If serious type: Wider surgery, radiation therapy, or other treatments may also be considered.

เนื้องอกฟิลโลเดส (Phyllodes Tumor) เป็นเนื้องอกที่พบได้ไม่บ่อยในไทยแต่ต้องให้ความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง เพราะมีจุดเด่นที่ก้อนเนื้องอกจะโตขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วภายในเวลาไม่กี่เดือน ซึ่งอาจจะทำให้ผู้ป่วยสับสนหรือไม่ทันสังเกต โดยเฉพาะเมื่อก้อนเนื้องอกนั้นมักไม่ทำให้เกิดอาการเจ็บปวด ทำให้หลายคนละเลยไม่รีบรักษา แต่เมื่อก้อนโตขึ้นมาก ๆ อาจทำให้ผิวหนังบริเวณเต้านมเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง เช่น ตึงหรือยืดที่ผิวหนัง และในกรณีร้ายแรงอาจมีแผลเกิดขึ้นได้ จากข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ เนื้องอกฟิลโลเดสแบ่งออกเป็นสามระดับตามลักษณะของเซลล์ คือ ระดับไม่ร้ายแรง (Benign) ซึ่งพบได้บ่อย และมีโอกาสกลับมาเป็นซ้ำน้อยที่สุด ระดับเส้นแบ่งเขต (Borderline) ซึ่งเป็นภาวะกึ่งกลาง ต้องได้รับการเฝ้าระวังอย่างใกล้ชิดเพราะอาจมีโอกาสพัฒนาเป็นมะเร็งชนิดอ่อน และระดับร้ายแรง (Malignant) ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงในการกลับมาเป็นซ้ำและอาจแพร่กระจายสู่ส่วนอื่นของร่างกายได้ การวินิจฉัยที่ถูกต้องและเร็วทันเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ โดยทั่วไปแพทย์จะใช้การตรวจคลำ ร่วมกับการตรวจภาพ เช่น อัลตราซาวนด์ หรือแมมโมแกรม และยืนยันการวินิจฉัยด้วยชิ้นเนื้อที่ได้รับจากการตัดชิ้นเนื้อส่งตรวจทางพยาธิวิทยา เพื่อจำแนกประเภทและวางแผนการรักษาได้เหมาะสม ในด้านการรักษา การผ่าตัดถือเป็นวิธีหลักที่ได้ผลดี โดยจะเน้นการตัดเอาก้อนเนื้องอกออกพร้อมเนื้อเยื่อรอบข้างอย่างน้อย 1-2 เซนติเมตร เพื่อลดโอกาสการกลับเป็นซ้ำในอนาคต สำหรับเนื้องอกฟิลโลเดสชนิดร้ายแรง อาจจำเป็นต้องผ่าตัดกว้างขึ้น และพิจารณาร่วมกับการฉายรังสีหรือวิธีรักษาอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม สัญญาณที่ควรระวังอย่างยิ่งคือก้อนเนื้องอกที่โตเร็วผิดปกติภายใน 2-3 เดือน และก้อนเนื้องอกที่แข็งแต่ไม่เจ็บ หากพบลักษณะเช่นนี้ควรรีบปรึกษาแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อตรวจวินิจฉัยทันที เพื่อให้ได้รับการรักษาที่เหมาะสมและป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาพได้อย่างทันท่วงที สุดท้าย อยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนสังเกตตัวเองและคนรอบข้าง หากมีความผิดปกติบริเวณเต้านม เช่นก้อน หรือผิวหนังบริเวณเต้านมเปลี่ยนแปลง ควรไปพบแพทย์เพื่อตรวจวินิจฉัยอย่างละเอียดและอย่าปล่อยปะละเลย เพราะการตรวจพบตั้งแต่เนิ่น ๆ จะช่วยให้การรักษามีประสิทธิภาพสูงและลดความเสี่ยงของโรคได้มากขึ้น
