Sometimes It’s Ok To Admit That You’re Not Ok 🍋

Hi everyone, Do you ever have sporadic emotions that life isn't going as well as it could be? I swear, I go through phases of motivation and depression daily.

I go from being driven one day to being miserable the next; I'm resolved to accomplish something for myself, and then suddenly! A crushing sense of helplessness! I genuinely don't know how to feel at all nowadays . 😩

Even while I know that I want better for my family and myself, I'm not sure where to even begin these days. I detest being so unsure of myself! Hopefully Now that I'm on Lemon 8, I'll see life from a different angle. 🍋

I believe that each small step forward, every act of self-care, and each moment of reaching out for support will gradually lift the weight that has been pulling me down. I trust that with time, healing, and persistence, I will rediscover the joy and strength within me, allowing me to live a life filled with purpose, love, and inner peace. ✨

Also, I feel you. Life is full of trials and tribulations. You try so hard to go forward but you end getting pulled back. The goals seem farther and farther away. But as long as there are baby steps you will get there. Just don’t give up. I feel you on the depression. I feel like I’m looking at a reflection of myself.
