Bad things happen often like this, but buying a house or condo is inevitable. How should we be careful??!
🟠 Don't believe people, only believe "documents"!!
🟠 must only verify the validity of contracts, licensing documents, construction permits and actual ownership of the project. Do not decide to buy or rent from advertising or testimonials from other parties.
