الحمدالله 🤍
I've often found myself feeling weighed down by negative comments or criticism from others. What really helped me was embracing the mindset encouraged by my faith—beginning with Bismillah (in the name of God), and ending my day with Alhamdulillah (all praise to God). This small yet powerful practice allows me to focus on gratitude rather than hurt. Whenever harsh words come my way, I remind myself to not let them sadden me. Instead, I try to appreciate the blessings I have, often saying SubhanAllah to acknowledge the perfection beyond human flaws. Holding onto hope, saying Insha'Allah for the future, gives me strength to move forward with a peaceful heart. Incorporating these phrases into daily life might seem simple, but they create a protective emotional shield. They help you respond to negativity with resilience and optimism, making life feel truly blessed. If you ever feel discouraged by others' words, try starting and ending your day with such gratitude and intention—it’s made a meaningful difference in my life.
