今回のUNIQLO購入品、私みたいに「結局どのサイズにするのが正解？」って迷う人が多いと思うので、着る前にチェックしたいポイントをまとめます。写真に写っていた“ベージュのオーバーサイズスウェット（プルパーカ）”と“スウェットワイドパンツ”、そして“ウォッシャブルニット”“メリノポロ”は、サイズ選びで印象がかなり変わりました。 まずバズりスウェットは、試着した瞬間に「なるほど…」ってなるタイプ。生地の厚みと落ち感で、同じスウェットでもGUより大人っぽく見えやすいと感じました。オーバーサイズ系は、肩線が落ちすぎると部屋着感が出るので、迷ったら“首まわりの立ち上がり”と“袖のたまり具合”を鏡でチェックすると失敗しにくいです。ベージュは顔色が沈みやすい人もいるので、インナーに白やアイボリーを挟むと抜け感が出て着やすいと思います。 スウェットワイドパンツは、ウエストより「丈感」が最重要でした。XSがあっても、ピッタリすぎると動きにくかったり、トップスをインした時にラインが出やすかったりします。Sにして正解だったポイントは、ウエストゴム＋紐で微調整できること。裾がリブで絞られていないタイプは、ワイドの分だけ長く見えやすいので、試着では“靴を履いた状態”を想定して、床スレスレにならないか確認がおすすめです。 ウォッシャブルニット（Vネック）は、MとLで「身幅」より「肩幅」の差が出やすい印象。私はヒートテックを着た状態で試すと、胸元の開き具合やインナーの見え方がリアルに分かりました。春先はデザインキャミを見せても可愛いし、冬はヒートテックを“レイヤーっぽく見せる”とVネックが生きます。 メリノポロはネイビーのXLをスウェット感覚で選ぶの、すごく分かります。ポロはサイズが合わないと一気に作業着感が出るので、購入後に家で着たら「ボタンを1つ開ける」「袖を軽くまくる」「下はデニムかスラックスで締める」とバランスが取りやすいです。毛玉や静電気が気になる日は、着る前に静電気防止スプレー＋ブラッシングでかなり変わりました。 最後にノベルティの赤ブランケット。車に置く予定なら、まず一度広げてサイズ確認して、畳み方（丸めるか四角く畳むか）を決めておくと使う時にラクでした。赤は車内の差し色にもなるので、意外と便利です。
