Simple smoothie for a chill day

Smoothie 1:

1/2 cup Strawberrys

1/4 cup cherries

3 Tbsp oats

Oat milk (pour to your satisfaction)

Smoothie 2:

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 pineapple

Spinach

Yogurt

Chia seeds

1 scoop of protein powder

1/2 and 1/2 pineapple juice and apple juice

I’ve made a larger batch. But this is for 4 10oz servings. I drink it every morning along with my daily vitamins. Adding this has increased my metabolism. I’ve lost 2lbs last week. Obviously adding exercise and calorie deficit. Usually I lose 1lb a week. But baby I stand by this.
