... Read moreHaving gone through childbirth myself, I can share how unpredictable and intense the day of delivery truly is. One surprising experience was the uncontrollable trembling right after pushing my baby out, which felt scary at first but is actually a natural response as your body releases tension and hormones. It's also completely normal for bodily functions, like having a bowel movement, to happen without your control during labor. Understanding and accepting this can help reduce stress when it occurs. Trusting your body's natural instincts during labor is empowering — the urge to push comes naturally and trying to control it too much can add unnecessary pressure. I found that listening to my body’s cues helped make the process smoother. Many women underestimate their strength during delivery. Remember, you are stronger than you think, and with each contraction and push, you are doing amazing work. Finally, staying active by walking or changing positions during contractions helped me immensely. Movement encourages labor progression and helps manage pain. After birth, professional postnatal support at home, like personal care and coaching, can be invaluable for both mother and baby. Services such as at-home postpartum care and education significantly ease the adjustment period, allowing you to focus on recovering and bonding. Every woman’s birth experience is unique, but being informed with these facts can empower future mothers to face labor with less fear and more confidence.

1. The entire program was online (I think this might have changed 🤔 I’m not entirely sure) 2. Cost💸 ! I paid out of pocket. I think I paid roughly around $3,300 for my BSN 3. You can go at your own pace ! You pay per 12 weeks. I finished my BSN in 7 weeks so I only paid $3,300 one time ☺️ 4. I
