As brilliant as dragon fruit look, they don’t have a ton of flavor (at least where I can buy them). I mixed this iced pour over with a dragon fruit cold foam, to add in a bit more of the dragon fruit flavor profile. This was probably one of the coolest looking experiments I’ve done, but likely not
